SUPPLY & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery will be confirmed with you via email once order has been packed and fulfilled. Delivery times are subject to change but we strive to ensure orders are delivered the day after payment date or date of order. Please note that orders will only be processed and packed once payment has reflected in our bank account.

Delivery of goods will be made via courier. All orders incur a standard delivery charge, the value of which will be determined by the weight of the parcel, or a set cost, depending on the nature of the order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Orders will only be processed and packed once payment has reflected in our bank account. Payment for your purchase can be securely made via Visa or Master Card credit cards or by Instant EFT Bank Transfer directly into the bank account of Golf Society. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellation of an order by the client will be considered after a written request by the customer has been submitted via email to admin@golfsociety.co.za

Please note that NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON GLOVES, SOCKS OR CAPS as these are FIRM SALE ITEMS.

On return, any orders will only be accepted back by Golf Society if product/s are in mint, resalable condition. To ensure this, orders are to be re-packed and wrapped by you, ensuring they are able to be safely transported.

Incorrectly supplied orders or any other return will only be considered for exchange/replacement if Golf Society is given notification of the problem within 14 working days of receiving the order, and the order is returned in mint condition. 

No returns will be accepted later than 14 days from the time the customer received the order.

Golf Society reserves the right to cancel any order/part of an order, without giving any reasons. In the event of this happening we will refund any money already paid in respect of that order, or part of that order.
